Whole Class Ensemble Tuition
Whole-class programmes give pupils a practical first experience of learning and making music together. We work with schools to agree instruments, year groups, timetable, staffing and progression opportunities.
Instrumental tuition and clubs
Specialist tutors can provide individual and small-group lessons during the school day, together with lunchtime and after-school activities where appropriate.
Experienced people and practical infrastructure
York Music Education combines employed specialist teachers with administration, safeguarding arrangements, communication, instrument hire and links to ensembles and performances. Schools have a clear local contact and students have visible routes to continue beyond their first experience.
